While river cruising allows you to enjoy up close and personal cultures and behind the commercial scenes of a destination, expedition cruises can uncover an amazing natural and cultural world. Often a once in a lifetime experience, an expedition cruise opens the door to a new world. At least one journey would be a crown on anyone’s bucket list.
The Arctic and northern seas, the Antarctic, Japan, north Atlantic Europe, the Galapagos Islands, Central and South America, Australasia and Canada’s own shorelines offer an abundance of immersive and enriching experiences.
Most expedition cruises use mixed teams that often include natural scientists, cultural specialists and visits with artists and musicians. Travelers encounter a depth and breadth of knowledge not found on other types of travel.

Often the cruises are in remote regions of the world and highlight nature, local cultures and the history of the area. Depending on the cruise, there may be a stronger focus on one highlight. Consult with Tourworld Travel Company to find the best fit for yourself.
Solo travelers also save big at this time with the solo supplement either waived or reduced significantly. Often, expedition cruises accommodate solo travellers with smaller rooms or, if the traveller is willing, they will try to find someone else to share the room.

Please Note: There are very few departures of any given program, expedition ships carry far fewer passengers than other sea going vessels and they can sell out well in advance.
